Right honorable the Prime Minister Dr Edouard Ngirente accompanied with other members of the cabinet have today, 24th of October 2018 started a two days visit to the Southern Province in the Districts of Nyamagabe and Huye, where he started the visit in Nyamagabe District with Minister of local government Mr Francis Kaboneka, Minister of Agriculture Mme Geraldine Mukeshimana, Minister in charge of cabinet affairs, Mme Solange Kayisire, Minister of state in the Ministry of Education in charge of TVET Mr Olivier Rwamukwaya, Governor of the Southern Province, Mme Mureshyankwano Marie Rose, security organs and members of civil society.

Rt Hon Ngirente started by visiting Mwogo TVET, a school which teaches various vocational training courses and met students who are pursuing construction, Mechanical courses, tailoring and carpentry, he was impressed by the acquired knowledge, where he asked the students to use profitably this chance, and invest in more efforts, he again requested the management of the school to take stern measures to maintain hygiene.

After the visit to Mwogo TVET, Rt hon Ngirente, proceeded to Mwogo marchland where he officiated the launching of agricultural season 2019A, he participated in plantation of Maize seeds, whereafter he has met with famers users of the marshland and the neighboring residents, wh asked them to use profitably this agricultural technology, to strive to always look clean, to pay for health insurance and to avoid conflicts especially among the cooperative members.

Among other projects, Rt Hon the Prime Minister visited Kigeme hospital and the construction of Nyamagabe modern market which is still on progress.

This two days visit, was prepared in practice of Government monitoring and Evaluation of all projects which are mainly focusing on the improvement of the life of Rwandans, the next day same visit will be conducted to Huye District.
