This was the speech of Nyabinoni inhabitants, during the official visit of Honorable Governor, Mme Marie Rose MURESHYANKWANO, operated in Nyabinoni Sector of Muhanga District, Nyarusozi cell and Gitwa village which is at the edges of Nyabarongo river, a visit that aims at looking the security of the Nyabarongo neighboring residents, the visit has taken place this Wednesday 23^rd of August 2017.

In her speech, Honorable Governor also, expressed her gratitude, for Gitwa  village inhabitants, for having been part of the previous elections, in tranquility, and requested them to keep a foot in the line of the development that our country is aiming.

After a long discussion on how safe, these people can be kept out of the waters of Nyabarongo, they have agreed to prevent all illegal activities that were practiced in that river, such as swimming and fishing, and exercise through appropriate and legal venues.

They have also agreed that soon, a modern boat with an engine, security coats and insurance will be put into that water, to avoid accidents that may be caused by another small wooden boat, which was being used for human transportation and their goods.

They contracted that, students who have been passing through the waters to go to study to the neighboring District of Ngororero, will be given space and be registered to Nyabinoni school for the next academic year intake.

This were the resolutions of the meeting, just in case, funds are still being mobilized and collected, to give the people a long lasting solution, which is a modern bridge, to avoid all accident which may occur, caused by that river.

Hon Governor appealed to them, to never try to frequent the river, for any reason, for they are blessed to have clean water to use around.

During this visit, Hon Governor was with the vice Mayor in charge of economy and development of Muhanga

Nyabinoni, is a Sector of Muhanga Districts, which is linked to Ngororero District by Nyabarongo river.
