This Thursday 15 March 2012 at Heritage Hotel in Nyanza District took place the closure of the 3 days training on Public Finance Management Committees; a training that had brought together all the staff that have the Management of the Public Finances in their attributions both at District and Provincial levels in the Southern Province.

The participants in this training rejoiced for the knowledge they gained and promised to use them in insuring the good management of the Public Finances and share these skills with others especially taking them to the Sector level.

One of the Trainers Mr. Come HARINDINTWALI congratulated the participants for having responded to the invitation in this training, the attention they have shown all along the training and called them to be attentive in their daily activities, to be committed at work, to respect the law and to be always ready to learn best practices in their career.

The representative of Rwanda Governance Board (R.G.B) Mr. Antony RUBURIKA reminded that there should be no room for the mismanagement of the Public Finances at all levels and called the leaders to approach more the population, to listen to their concerns and help them plan well in order to reach sustainable development. He said: " Zero Tolerance to bad leadership and poor Service Delivery."

The Representative of the Southern Province in closing this training Mr. Jean Claude GAKUMBA rejoiced for this fruitful seminar and called the participants to use the knowledge they learned from them in promoting the Good Management of the Public Finances in their respective Districts and Province and always work hard to be models in their attributions.
