“We are here to learn successful achievements made by development partners Kamonyi District”. Explained Mrs. IZABIRIZA Jeanne the Executive Secretary of Southern Province, at the official close of the public accountability day which took place at Runda playground in Kamonyi District from 8 to 10 December 2011, in partnership with the District development Forum. Mrs. Jeanne IZABIRIZA states that what he saw was in Kamonyi District gives hope of a genuine progress of this land of a thousand hills, and is in the right way toward the Vision 2020 as set by the government of Rwanda.

The Executive Secretary of Southern Province said that the Open Day is the compulsion to explain publicly, fully and practically, how responsibilities affecting the public in important ways are being carried out.She welcomed the fact that young people are overwhelmingly responded to the accountability day, that’s is good to prepare performed job creators investors in the future .

Pierre Claver Rwaka, is the Member of Parliament in the National Assembly of Rwanda. He meanwhile reminded all residents of Kamonyi District to practice small and medium businesses, as they serve quickly get rid of the miserable life. It also asked to members of JADF to go ahead with this accurate commitment to show what is happening wherever in any life part of Kamonyi District.

In three days, nearly fifty of development partners of Kamonyi District responded to the Open Day including agricultural cooperatives, farming, basketry, architecture, local processing cooperatives and traders of various articles.
