MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MUHANGA DISTRICT AND PRIVATE SECTOR FEDERATION

Muhanga, 29th November, 2011

This Monday November 28th 2011 in the conference room of Saint Andrew Center in Muhanga District took place a consultative meeting that had brought together different authorities including the Executive Secretary of the Southern Province Madam Jeanne IZABILIZA, the Mayor of Muhanga District Yvonne MUTAKWASUKU, the chairperson of the Private Sector Federation (PSF) in the Southern Province Mr. François RUTAYISIRE, Executive Secretaries of all the Sectors in Muhanga District, different business operators in Muhanga District among others.

In her introduction speech, Madam Yvonne MUTAKWASUKU rejoiced for the good collaboration that exist between Muhanga District and Private Sector Federation which covers over 80% of the development activities in this District. Still in her speech, Madam Yvonne MUTAKWASUKU affirmed that the Master Plan of Muhanga town is now available and called people to be characterized by cleanliness, smart both on the body, clothing and homes; she reminded that the month of December was designated to cleanliness in Muhanga District.

The Chairperson of Private Sector Federation in the Southern Province that the participants in this meeting and declared that these agreements come as a sign of close collaboration in many areas of the development of this District in particular but also the Country as a whole because PSF is determined to play a remarkable part in the development.

The Executive Secretary of the Southern Province who was also the Guest of honor Madam Jeanne IZABILIZA thank PSF for its role in the development of the Country, what they have achieved so far and called them to document their achievements for future generations and eventual consultations.

Madam Jeanne IZABILIZA also urged the business operators to be characterized by innovations and creative spirit, to give quality service to the customers because they are the ones that make their business to be a success and called everyone for positive change.
