Nyaruguru to get vocational school
Nyaruguru, 04th September, 2011The construction of a vocational institute in Nyaruguru District will kick off next month, an initiative led by World Vision Rwanda, which will donate US$500,000 towards the project.
World Vision`s South Zonal Manager, Christine Mukamugema, told The New Times the construction work would take approximately eight months.
“We are closely working with the district to ensure that we achieve our target of having this institution operational by October next year,” Mukamugema said.
She explained that to ensure quality education, the district, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Workforce Development Authority (WDA), will play a leading role in the running of the institution.
