The mains functions of the Coordination Committee of the Province are to examine and coordinate all activities relating to the administration of the Province The Coordination Committee is composed of:

The Province Governor who is the Chairperson of the Coordination Committee;

The Executive Secretary who is Secretary of the Committee

The Mayors of the Districts which form a province;

The Representatives of the Services of the State at the Provincial level

The Directors in charge of the Coordination of Services at the Provincial level;

The Person Responsible for the Coordination of the National Council of Women at the Provincial level;

The Person Responsible for the Coordination of the National council of the Youth at the Provincial level.

Members of Parliament authorized to monitor activities of the Provincial Coordination Committee, but have no right to vote when decisions are to be taken.
